Return & Refund Policy – Ekam Moissanites

At Ekam Moissanites, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Refunds We do not accept returns. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

2. Exchanges Only We offer exchanges only, under the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• The customer is fully responsible for all shipping charges — both for sending the item back to us and for shipping the replacement item out
• We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions

3. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos/videos as proof

After verification, we will offer:

• A replacement, or
• A partial/full refund (only if replacement is not possible)

4. Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.

6. Non-Delivery If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping partner. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement.
